About : Border-Tech : Geotechnical InvestigationsOperating from a central base we have four drilling rigs mounted on four wheel drive vehicles which give the mobility and flexibility to carry out investigations for pools through to high rise buildings. Operators with many years of experience carry out a large number of insitu tests and use spiral flight auger, rotary wash boring or NMLC coring techniques. Backup vehicles fitted out with hand auger equipment mean that difficult to access sites pose no problems for our technicians. Our drilling rigs are currently operating in Tweed, Gold Coast, Beenleigh, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Townsville areas. Samples are recovered using appropriate techniques and returned to our laboratories for analysis.
